Hike 13 Sea Level Rise Resilience Walk

Wednesday October 14, 2026 from 08:30 AM to 01:30 PM

Join us at Shoreline Park for a walk led by naturalists who are Sierra Club's Bay Alive campaign volunteers. We will learn about levee restoration projects that improve resilience to sea level rise, protect the surrounding area from storm surges, ensure clean drinking water and more. As we walk, our expert leaders will teach us about the local wildlife and share how the changes to the shoreline landscape influences different species. This special program is hosted in partnership with Valley Water. Image by Anne Ferguson.
