Lecture 2 Essential Nutrients and Vitamins - How to Distinguish the Good from the Bad Part 2

Thursday January 28, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM

More than fifty percent of adults in the United States take at least one dietary supplement such as vitamins and minerals, which supports a 30 billion a year supplement industry. Most people take these supplements without a doctors recommendation because they believe it will improve or maintain their health as they age. In this seminar, you will learn what nutrients and vitamins the human body needs to function properly and why. We will also discuss how this changes as we age and how to choose the best quality dietary supplements. The information will be presented in simple terms to make it easy to understand. The seminar is presented by a Ph.D. scientist with a background in chemistry and enzymology. Image by MasterTux from Pixabay
