VIP Endangered Species of Los Alamitos Creek

Today we took a multisensory walk around Almaden Lake. We passed over two bridges, and heard gurgling of Los Alamitos Creek and songs of shorebirds. Along the way, we learned about the important scientific projects going on to protect the Guadalupe Watershed and the endangered fish that live and travel in these waterways. We ended the afternoon with a social picnic lunch that included a fish snack. Thank you to Valley Water for their financial support of this walk!
