Audubon Society Birdwatching Walk

We took a leisurely walk around Vasona Lake with an expert from the Audubon Society. The park surrounds Vasona Reservoir which was formed by damming Los Gatos Creek. It is home to a variety of birds including Nuttall's Woodpecker, Anna's Hummingbird, Red-breasted Sapsucker, Western Screech-Owl, Belted Kingfisher, Great Egret, Green Heron and Killdeer.
