Chinese Cultural Garden Tour

We had a perfect day for our Spring tour of the Chinese Cultural Garden, led by Sylvia Lowe, the daughter of Frank and Pauline Lowe, the people who inspired and later managed this part of Overfelt Gardens Park. Sylvia came all the way up from Southern California to guide our walk. We learned all about the history of the park including its founder Mildred Overfelt who gifted to the City of San Jose in 1959.
