Tea & Cheese Tasting

At this special event, our very own Dr. Nusrat Khaleeli led us in a 30 minute presentation about the history of tea, the production of tea, its health benefits and finally, the aromas and flavors of various types of tea. Next, we began our gastronomic adventure with a guided 5 fine tea and cheese pairings. This was a perfect pre-Thanksgiving event.
