Guadalupe Community Garden

San Jose has 19 community gardens that are managed by volunteers . Gardeners grow everything organically, from vegetables and herbs to flowers and fruit. The Guadalupe Garden is one acre in size and has 29 regular plots (20 ft x 20 ft and some 15 ft x 20 ft) and 4 accessible raised beds.  There is a shade structure, picnic tables, barbeque, compost bins, tool shed, and a sink for washing produce.  There are restrooms available in nearby in Columbus Park.  Please note, there is an application process and typically a waiting list for some of the gardens.
