Ananda (Palo Alto)

They offer beginner, level 1 and level 2 yoga classes every day of the week from morning to evening. Avoid eating for an hour before class, wear comfortable clothing, bring your own mat or rent one. Please talk with the instructor before class if you have had a recent injury.

Avalon Yoga (Palo Alto)

Avalon offers classes seven days a week from morning to evening including Anusara, Hatha, restorative, gentle, Vinyasa, Yin, flow, Iyengar, Samyama, and slow flow. Please bring your own towel and mat. Arrive 10 minutes before the start time to sign in. Changing areas are available at the back of the studio.

Avenidas Senior Center (Palo Alto)

They offer Hatha and Pilates classes that are 12 weeks and meet once per week for one hour.  Register for classes online.

Bikram Yoga San Jose (San Jose)

They offer classe in Bikram yoga only. Classes are 90 minutes, all days of the week and from morning to evening. Classes are held in a heated room, please wear loose clothing, no perfume, cell phones or pagers in yoga room.

California Yoga Center (Mountain View)

The Center offers four levels of Iyengar yoga, restorative yoga and yoga that emphasizes back care seven days per week from morning to evening. Wear loose fitting clothes, mats are provided for new students only. If you are recovering from an injury or illness, please advise the instructor before class.

They offer yoga, Feldenkrais and Pilates classes for per class. Membership is required for all classes, trips, activities, and events.

Center for Spiritual Enlightenment (San Jose)

The Center offers different levels of Hatha, Karma and Kriya yoga classes all days of the week at all times of the day.

Cupertino Senior Center (Cupertino)

They have Iyengar and Hatha yoga classes. Register for classes in person, by calling or emailing.

Cupertino Sports Center (Cupertino)

The Cupertino Sports Center hosts yoga, Qigong and dance classes as well as 17 tennis courts, a fitness center, 2 racquetball courts, complete locker room facilities.

Downtown Yoga Shala (San Jose)

They offer classe in Bikram yoga only. Classes are 90 minutes, all days of the week and from morning to evening. Classes are held in a heated room, please wear loose clothing, no perfume, cell phones or pagers in yoga room.

India Community Center (Milpitas)

The Center offers four yoga classes for seniors per week and a variety of other yoga classes.

LifeStretch Yoga (Milpitas)
Yoga classes include gentle yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative and Ashtanga. The classes are offered all week from morning to evening.
Los Gatos Saratoga Recreation (Los Gatos)

They offer gentle yoga, Qigong, restorative yoga, and pilates classes.

Mountain View and Los Altos Adult Education (Mountain View)

They offer a variety of classes including Feldenkrais, flowing movement, Qigong and gentle yoga. Be sure to look for classes designed as adults age 55 or older and register using the supplied form.

Mountain View Senior Center (Mountain View)

The Mountain View Senior Center offers free Hatha yoga classes.

OneHeartYoga (Palo Alto)

They teach Kundalini yoga. You will learn physical postures, breathing exercises, mantra, and meditations that create a state of harmony and connection to spirit. Wear loose fitting clothes, bring a cushion and blanket. Please do not have a full stomach because it hinders deep breath.

Planet Granite (Sunnyvale)

Classes offered are Vinyasa, Hatha, Power Flow,and Yin. Classes are offered all week and at all times from morning to evening.

Santa Clara Adult Education (Santa Clara)

They offer classes in gentle, pilates, hatha, kundalini and relaxation yoga and also have a mini yoga retreat class.

Saratoga Senior Center (Saratoga)

They offer yoga classes.

Sunnyvale Senior Center (Sunnyvale)

The center has yoga and gentle Pilates.

Third Street Community Center (San Jose)

The Third Street Community Center offers a health and wellness program for older adults (50+ yrs).  They offer a yoga class and yoga mats are provided free of charge.

The Center offers four different levels of Iyengar yoga classes all days of the week at all times of the day. Please wear comfortable clothes. The studio has a changing area and public restrooms.

The classes offered are Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Ivengar, Anusara, Hatha and restorative. Classes are offered all week from morning to evening.

Yoga of Los Altos (Los Altos)

They offer two different levels of general yoga as well as sunrise, restorative, Yin and Vinyasa yoga classes all days of the week at all times of the day. Please wear comfortable loose clothing and no socks or shoes. Arrive about 10 to 15 minutes before class to sign in. Changing rooms and yoga mats are available. Please inform your instructor of any injuries or illnesses that you have, even if you are not currently experiencing severe pain. Please avoid wearing heavy fragrances and perfumes to class as this may disturb the practice of others around you.

They offer power flow, Bikram, Vinyasa, power, Ashtanga and Yin yoga classes all days of the week at all times of the day. Wear loose clothing. Bring a towel, water and a mat to class.
