Avenidas Senior Center (Palo Alto)

They offer 12 week zumba, walking and strength exercise classes that last 1 to 2.5 hours each depending on the class.  Register for classes online.

Barbara Lee Senior Center (Milpitas)

The Senior Center has new weight lifting equipment as of 2010.

Campbell Adult Center (Campbell)

They offer Zumba, fitness, Yuan Ji, cardio, strength, stretch, Pilates and lap swim classes.

Campbell Community Center (Campbell)

They offer tennis, badminton and other courts, swimming pool, outdoor running track, aerobics, yoga and other classes. Facilities include locker rooms and showers.

Cupertino Sports Center (Cupertino)

The Cupertino Sports Center hosts yoga, Qigong and dance classes as well as 17 tennis courts, a fitness center with LifeFitness and Star Trac strength training equipment, LifeFitness and Hoist free weights, LifeFitness and Star Trac bikes and treadmills, LifeFitness ellipticals, Techno Gym Waves, Precor AMTs, 2 racquetball courts, complete locker room facilities.

Los Gatos Saratoga Recreation (Los Gatos)

They offer low and no impact aerobics, jazzercise and zumba classes.

Mountain View and Los Altos Adult Education (Mountain View)

They offer a variety of fitness classes including exercise, aerobics, Feldenkrais, flowing movement, stretch, hiking and zumba. Be sure to look for classes designed as adults age 55 and older and register using the supplied form.

Mountain View Senior Center (Mountain View)

The Mountain View Senior Center offers swimming, arthritis exercise, aerobics, stretching and hiking classes. The exercise room is open during regular hours of operation.

Reach Fitness Club (Palo Alto)

Reach was founded in 1982 in Palo Alto, California as a fitness club focused on building a community around health and fitness for its members. Reach takes pride in the fact that it services the individual - "If the individual succeeds, Reach succeeds."   They offer a variety of unique classes, including Tap and Jazz Dance, Mat and Standing Pilates and other Strength/Conditioning classes that are open to all levels of ability in addition to a weight room with Cybex weight machines and free weights as well as cardio equipment.   Many of their members have worked out at Reach for more than 20 years and created a community of friends that encourage each other to meet at the club to exercise and socialize.

Santa Clara Adult Education (Santa Clara)

They offer classes in aerobics, stretching, hiking, weight training and zumba.

Santa Clara Senior Center (Santa Clara)

The center is home to a 3,000 sq. ft. fitness room with commercial quality equipment that includes treadmills, exercise bikes, rowing machines, a multi-gym weight machine, free weights, an upper-body exerciser, cross-trainers and other equipment.  The fitness center also has an indoor 83 degree lap pool, 92 degree warm water pool, and 99 degree spa.

Saratoga Senior Center (Saratoga)

They offer fitness classes such as aerobics, dance, weights and yoga.

Sunnyvale Senior Center (Sunnyvale)

The center has stregthening, cardio dance, zumba and other exercise classes.

Third Street Community Center (San Jose)

The Third Street Community Center offers a health and wellness program for older adults (50+ yrs).  They offer a walking class.
