This health club is women-only. They offer Bollywood and Bellydance classes.

High Release Dance (Peninsula Region)

They were founded in 1994 by a group of modern dancers that work in a collaborative environment. Their work spans a variety of dance styles from highly abstract modern to jazz, lyrical movement poems, improvisations, and theatrical works. In addition the mood ranges from serious to humorous. Performance locations are all over the Bay Area.

Huckabay McAllister Dance (Peninsula Region)

This is a San Francisco-based dance/theatre company, established in 1993 by Co-Directors Jenny McAllister and Emma Lou Huckabay (now retired). They have been producing full evening works in fall seasons in San Francisco since 1995, as well as performing in other lcoations throughout the Bay Area. The performances are a unique combination of modern dance and humor.

Little House, Roslyn G. Morris Activity Center (Menlo Park)

They have a line dancing class and a dance club where people meet to dance for two hours in the evening.

Peninsula Ballet Theatre (Peninsula Region)

The Peninsula Ballet Theatre is the only professional dance company in San Mateo County.

They offer beginner, intermediate and advanced 90 minute ballet classes based on dance and ballet fundamentals.  Classes are a combinatoin of an aerobic work out with stretching, flexibility and strength building. The  center offers Tango, belly dance and zumba classes. The facility includes lockers and showers.

San Bruno Senior Center (San Bruno)

The center is almost 13,000 square feet in size and located in the hills between City Park and Junipero Serra County Park.  They have a bus providing door to door service to and from the senior center for residents. They have line, ballroom, tap, jazz and other classes.

San Carlos Adult Community Center (San Carlos)

The center is adjacent to City Hall.  They offer tap, line ballroom and other dance classes.

San Mateo Senior Center (San Mateo)

The center offers tap and other dance classes.

Sandpiper Community Center (Redwood City)

The center offers belly dance and other dance classes.

They offer line, ballroom and other dance classes.

Veterans Memorial Senior Center (Redwood City)

The senior center has a variety of dance classes including tap and line dancing for people over 50 years.

William E. Walker Recreation Center (Foster City)
