Monday Morning Guided Relaxation Class

Join us for a guided mindfulness-based relaxation at 10:00 AM every other Monday.

Since we have been sheltering-in-place since mid-March and dealing with COVID-19 related changes, we thought we can all use a bit of relaxation! Each class is 40 minutes of guided mindfulness-based relaxation. Note: There will be a special guest guiding our May 18 relaxation at 1:00 PM instead of 10:00 AM.
We will send the teleconference information a few days beforehand.

This 30-minute guided meditation session is offered by our guest instructor, Shubhangi Kulkarni, a Certified Yoga Practitioner teaching yoga and meditation since 2001. This class is designed to relax both body and mind. During the class you will pay attention to your natural breath and consciously relax your body starting from toes up to the head.
