Monday Morning Guided Relaxation Class

Join us for a guided mindfulness-based relaxation at 10:00 AM every other Monday.

Since we have been sheltering-in-place since mid-March and dealing with COVID-19 related changes, we thought we can all use a bit of relaxation! Each class is 40 minutes of guided mindfulness-based relaxation. We will send the teleconference information a few days beforehand.
