7th Heaven Yoga (Berkeley)

Yoga classes include Vinyasa, Hatha, Noon, Ashtanga, Yin Yang, Acro, Iyengar, Dynamic Flow, Anusara and Yin. The classes are offered all week from morning to evening.

Alameda Athletic Club (Alameda)

This health and fitness center offers Vinyasa yoga (gentle, slow stretching yoga) classes.

Alameda Yoga Station (Alameda)

They offer beginning, Feldenkrais, gentle and restorative yoga classes. Classes are offered all week and morning to evening. Please try not to eat one hour before class, wear comfortable clothes to move in and bare feet for yoga.

Alcosta Senior and Community Center (San Ramon)

They have yoga classes.

Bally Total Fitness (Fremont)

They offer Kundalini yoga classes. Call or email for more information.

Berkeley Yoga Center (Berkeley)

The Center offers yoga for 55 years or over, yoga for every body, Mysore style, beginning and intermediate yoga, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, yoga movement, restorative, Ying Yang, and Yin yoga classes. Castro Valley Yoga (Castro Valley)

Classes include gentle, Iyengar, Hatha, Yoga dance fusion and Yin yoga. Classes are offered all week and in the mornings, afternoon and evenings.

The center offers yoga classes.

Fruitvale San Antonio Senior Center (Oakland)

The center offers yoga classes.

Hayward Area Senior Center (Hayward)

They offer yoga and Qigong classes.

Hot Box Yoga (Hayward)

Yoga classes include Hatha flow, Hot, Vinyasa, gentle, integrated, Nidra, Ashtanga flow, and Buddhist.. Classes are offered morning, afternoon and evenings. There is free parking in the rear of the building.

Kenneth Aitken Senior Center and Community Center (Hayward)

They offer a laugh yoga class.

LifeStretch Yoga (Fremont)
Yoga classes include gentle yoga and basics, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, restorative, Kundalini and Ashtanga. The classes are offered all week from morning to evening.
Mastick Senior Center (Alameda)
There are quality programs, classes and services seven days a week. Yoga classes include Hatha and Pilates.
Millennium Yoga (Union City)

Shubhangi is a certified yoga practitioner and a wellness coach who has been teaching yoga in the East Bay since 2001.  She offers beginner and intermediate levels of yoga classes.  There are morning, afternoon or evening classes depending on location.

Yoga classes offered include Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative and Iyengar. Classes are offered all throughout the day and all week. Street parking is easier to find two or three blocks from the studio.

Niroga Yoga Studio (Berkeley)

The Niroga Center is an eco friendly studio, offering over 30 Healing Yoga and meditation classes each week. The Center has yoga classes for everyone, including special populations, such as cancer survivors and seniors. Classes include Dawn meditation and yoga, restorative, healing, wheelchair yoga, Vinyasa and Raja.

North Berkeley Senior Center (Berkeley)

The center offers free yoga, meditation and gentle stretch classes. The center is accessible via public transportation.

North Oakland Senior Center (Oakland)

The Center offers yoga classes. On site parking is available.

Pleasanton Senior Center (Pleasanton)

The center offers a variety of classes and activities including gentle yoga.

Ruggieri Senior Center (Union City)

The center offers Tai Chi and yoga classes.

South Berkeley Senior Center (Berkeley)

The center offers free Tai Chi and gentle stretching classes. The center is accessible via public transportation.

Temescal Arts Center (Oakland)

The Center offers Vinyasa Flow yoga classes.

The Yoga and Movement Center (Walnut Creek)

Yoga classes include back care, Feldenkrais, fundamentals, Iyengar, Restorative, yoga for people 50 years and older, beginners, for injury prevention, therapeutic and Anusara. The classes are offered all week from morning to evening.

The Yoga Company (San Ramon)

Classes offered include general yoga levels 1 to 3, yoga flow, power flow and beginner yoga. Classes are offered all week from morning to evening.
