Opera San Jose (San Jose)

The opera was founded in 1984 as a professional opera company dedicated to showcasing and developing emerging opera singers.  It is home to resident artists who start their professional career here and are groomed for international careers.  Resident artists are encouraged not only to perform leading roles in mainstage productions but also to participate in school and community-wide educational activities.

West Bay Opera (Palo Alto)

West Bay Opera history begins in Vienna in the 1930's, where founder Henry Holt received his training as a concert pianist and conductor. Performances of the West Bay Opera are located in the intimate Palo Alto Lucie Stern Theatre. Tickets for performances are less than one third the cost of similar seats at the San Francisco Opera. Season subscriptions are available and guarantee prime seating for productions.

West Valley Light Opera (Los Gatos)

West Valley Light Opera (WVLOA) was formed in 1964. The object of WVLOA is to promote cultural activity in the area and to provide opportunities for anyone with dramatic aspirations to take part in theatrical productions under the guidance of experienced Play Directors. Discount tickets are available if you call to reserve and pay in advance for your discounted tickets via a credit card.
